How Designer Jeans Fit
Designer jeans are sized according to your waist size (measured in inches), and typically run from sizes 23 - 32. However, as the jeans ride on the the hips, and not the waist, the actual size of the jean opening tends to run from 5 to 6 inches larger than the stated waist. You can use your dress size to obtain a reasonable approximation of your jean size.

 

Please keep in mind that Seven stretch jeans will stretch. Consider ordering a size down in stretch jeans for a better fit.
