Any shipments to AK., HI., and the Caribbean must be shipped ground via USPS
***No 2nd Day or Overnight service offered***

*Please Note, UPS will not deliver packages on Saturdays without charging a hefty surcharge. This includes Next Day and 2 Day shipments! This means that a order placed on Fri. with Next Day Air shipping selected will not be delivered until the following Monday.
 

BACKORDERS
In appreciation of your business, we do not charge shipping on backorders that had a partial shipment. Your backorder will be shipped standard ground as soon as we receive our next shipment. We ship orders 94% complete and regret that sometimes we do have to place orders on backorder.

Merchandise Exchanges
You may return merchandise that has not been worn or washed and is in the original condition with all tags intact for exchange within 30 days from invoice date. We will exchange and reship your order for free once. A reshipment charge of $6.00 will apply to orders that are exchanged more than once. Please include your invoice.

Canceled Orders
Orders that are canceled before shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refused Orders
Orders that are refused or not received when delivery was attempted will be subject to a $25.00 return and restocking fee. This is to cover the shipping back to us and the labor involved in handling your order.
